Chivis Tacos started with a simple mission: to share the authentic taste of Mexican street food with the people of Denver. What began as a single food truck has blossomed into a beloved local brand with multiple trucks and now our very own restaurant located at 2101 E Colfax Ave.
Our new brick-and-mortar location allows us to offer an expanded menu and a warm, welcoming space for our guests. The BEST food truck in Denver period. if you are going out on the town I highly recommend you find this truck and grab Anything to eat from it, it's all delicious. highly recommend the tacos and the animal. this truck is the moves for sure.
